E-mergo is a young, dynamic organization. Questions about how E-mergo was formed, why we chose this name and who is at the helm of the company are answered in the left-hand menu under the heading ‘luctor et emergo’.
Since 2001, we have grown a lot. Three cornerstones form the basis of our company’s success:
- Investment in people: we expend a lot of energy coaching, training and supporting our professionals, key elements being the development of personal, leadership and advisory skills, as well as development of subject knowledge.
- Investment in knowledge: at E-mergo, we believe that acquiring and sharing knowledge are crucial. This is why we work closely with universities (e.g. the University of Twente) and polytechnics (e.g. the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, HvA), why we attend and speak at seminars, and why (using our MIST methodology) we ensure that our acquired knowledge is implemented.
- Investment in relations: partnership is key. We enter into three types of agreement with our clients, not only technical and financial agreements, but above all a psychological agreement aimed at the long-term, whereby our expectations and requirements are explicitly stated and we know where we stand with one another.
