E-mergo is specialized in the technical and organizational implementation of management information systems. Our consultants, project managers and business intelligence specialists step into the breach daily, optimizing the ICT infrastructure and processes that allow our clients to run their businesses more efficiently. Business intelligence lies at the core of E-mergo’s services. This includes project management and both technical and organizational implementation.

Project Management: our project managers define, plan and supervise business intelligence projects using Prince2, DPM or your own PM methodologies. To set up projects, we have a unique approach incorporating two proprietary methodologies: GPS® and RADAR®.

Technical Implementation: this includes functional and technical development; defining, building and testing information systems and business intelligence reports; and technical administration of the imported reports.

Organizational Implementation: this includes the roll-out and introduction of the new information system, and putting it into operation with the various parties concerned. This can entail simply an advisory role, or even taking responsibility for communications, training and end-user support; i.e. how to push the right keys on the keyboard and set the right switches in the minds of the users.
