ACV already had the ambition and had taken the first steps toward data-driven working, but still lacked a clear structure. With E-mergo's Data Governance workshop, the organization gained insight into the roles, responsibilities, and processes needed to use data effectively across the organization. A roadmap was drawn up and six concrete use cases were worked out that ACV could get started on right away.
