From PDF reports to a data warehouse with up-to-date information
"Previously, many reports here were distributed in PDF form," says IT Manager Henk Bouwman of CAOP. "You put those together once, which basically means the figures are already outdated the next day. When I started working here in February last year, the topic of information provision came up quickly, and I explained the principles and benefits of a data warehouse to management."
