The move to Qlik Cloud paves the way for more users, more self-sufficiency and the use of AI.

Publishers and bookshops use the Qlik platform to access their own information, which CB makes available to them. In the cloud, that platform runs securely and without any hassle. CB is also no longer tied to a maximum number of users per customer. The next step is self-service: CB is creating a clear split between internal and external use. That way users can work with data themselves, and soon, through integrations with Large Language Models and MCP, in plain language too. As a result, new insights emerge much faster.
