At E-mergo, you only get access to Claude after completing a training course, a test and your own business case. That threshold is deliberate. Colleagues were enthusiastic about AI and were trying out different tools. We wanted to harness that enthusiasm, but with clear agreements on security, costs and usage. Through a pilot and a phased rollout, we brought it all together in one secure, centrally managed platform.
- Client: E-mergo (internal implementation)
- Industry: IT services and consultancy
- Solution used: Claude, Claude Code
The Result
100% weekly active
40 colleagues now have access to Claude, and all 40 use the platform every week. That is higher than we expected.
Hours instead of weeks
A Looker report was converted to Qlik in fifteen minutes, and we now build an Azure environment from an architecture sketch in hours instead of weeks.
Control over AI use
With an AI policy, assessed integrations, our own skills and fixed management roles, we have control over costs, usage and information security.
From scattered AI experiments to one secure platform
A project team from IT, security, pre-sales and our AI team chose Claude after comparing several platforms. A risk assessment was followed by a pilot from April to June 2026, while we wrote the AI policy in parallel. Colleagues only get access after a training course, a test and their own business case. We are now turning what we learned internally into a step-by-step plan to help clients bring AI into production responsibly as well.
“If you just go ahead with this without setting the ground rules you have to hold each other to, at some point you find yourself carrying a bucket of frogs jumping in all directions.”
