Dagelijks Leven

Dagelijks Leven

Dagelijks Leven has 78 small-scale housing facilities for people with memory problems, often dementia. E-mergo helped Dagelijks Leven switch to TimeXtender, so they could take charge of their own data warehouse. "The hardest data cases were about absenteeism and staff planning in the homes."

“An eye-opener how accessible TimeXtender is”

"Normally a nursing home gets paid per resident for all care, that's not the case for us. Some parts of care fall under the Health Insurance Act, others under the Social Support Act (Wmo)," explains Dennis Dikkerboom. He's worked at Dagelijks Leven for six years as an advisor on care financing and information provision. "That separation of care and housing affects our data. We stand for delivering the best dementia care, affordable for everyone, and that's why we want care funding to go to our residents as efficiently as possible. So we keep a close eye on the numbers. We also need to deploy hours as efficiently as possible per mix of residents, so that everyone gets the right care."

More insight

Dagelijks Leven is now already two versions further along and, as a result, has even more insight into their data.

We wanted to be in charge of our own data warehouse, so Dennis could quickly handle an urgent request himself. And we also wanted something so user-friendly that someone else could take over from Dennis too. That's what appealed to us about TimeXtender.
