The Result
From 30-40 Excel files to one QlikView application
Employees spent a lot of time creating project dashboards in Excel. Data was first extracted from the source systems and then retyped into Excel. With 30 to 40 project dashboards per month, automating this process quickly proved worthwhile. By integrating all of this into QlikView, a lot of time is saved.
2 indispensable dashboards
The project dashboard gives Heembouw a visualization of project data. Through this dashboard, project and management teams have direct insight into a project's progress in hours (build time), budgets (construction costs), quality targets, customer satisfaction, punch list items and sustainability. Heembouw uses the purchasing dashboard daily to, among other things, easily relate data. This makes it possible to quickly view a particular supplier's revenue over a particular period. This can then be related to, for example, the supplier rating, the annual contract or a bonus revenue scheme.
