Hundreds of thousands of aircraft fly through Dutch airspace every year. Some of them use one of the four airports where LVNL provides tower air traffic control. The 1,000 employees of Air Traffic Control the Netherlands (LVNL) all contribute in their own way to making sure every aircraft can take off and land safely and fly safely through Dutch airspace, in the most efficient way possible and with as little disruption as possible to the surrounding area and the environment.

Qlik Sense takes flight at Air Traffic Control the Netherlands

Within LVNL, several data tools were used, and many reports were still being created in Excel. The variety of tools created data silos that really got in the way of working efficiently.
