SnelStart produces accounting software for two target groups: accountants and entrepreneurs. SnelStart runs a development program for its employees to certify them in specific competencies. For twelve employees, this competency was "data-driven working." SnelStart asked E-mergo to put together a proposal for the training program.

Data study group
Participants in the training were so enthusiastic that they agreed among themselves to keep developing data-driven working within SnelStart together. To do this, they've now set up a data study group to bring colleagues and the organization along.
KPIs
Employees now know how to formulate their own KPIs, giving them a solid foundation to keep working with the data.

"Can you help us set up a training program to get employees working in a more data-driven way?" That was the concrete question E-mergo received at the end of 2022. Starting from that question, E-mergo got to work setting up a training program. A curriculum was put together that combined several "tool-agnostic" training sessions: training focused not on learning to use a specific tool, but on learning how data can help with decision-making.
