About this dashboard

This Human Resources Dashboard helps HR managers and supervisors make the right decisions quickly. It consists of eight tabs, each focused on a specific HR theme.

  • The Dashboard tab shows the most important KPIs in a single overview: number of employees, workforce growth, sick leave, employee satisfaction, and the average performance score, measured against targets.
  • Employee Composition provides insight into the composition of the workforce in terms of FTE, years of service, income, and the breakdown by department, gender, and age.
  • Employee Turnover shows inflow and outflow over the past six months, after how many years of service employees leave, and what the main reasons for leaving are.
  • Absence visualizes absenteeism: weekly absence, the absence percentage over the past 12 months, and the work-life balance score, compared against a national benchmark.
  • Satisfaction shows the average satisfaction scores across four areas: general satisfaction, job satisfaction, environment satisfaction, and relationship satisfaction.
  • Performance shows the average performance score, the number of training days, and training costs per employee.
  • Reporting offers a flexible overview where you can select your own columns and filter by department, age, gender, and role.
