This Projects Dashboard helps project managers and developers make the right decisions quickly. It consists of ten tabs, divided across three sections: Dashboard, Analysis, and Reporting.

• The Dashboard tab shows the most important KPIs: the number of projects and tasks in progress, at risk, or over budget, measured against threshold values.
• Priority shows how many tasks have a high priority per developer, including daily progress and the ratio between estimated and actual hours spent.
• Project progress shows the progress per project based on the task breakdown into completed, busy, and to start.
• Projects at risk gives an overview of outstanding tasks per developer, including estimated and actual hours.
• Over budget shows per developer how many tasks are over budget and to what extent.
• Estimation accuracy shows how accurately lead developers estimate their hours, measured against the number of estimated tasks.
• Category accuracy compares the average estimated hours with the actual hours spent per task category.
• Completed tasks shows how many tasks were completed within budget, broken down by project and developer.
• Reporting offers a flexible export overview where you can select your own columns and filter by project, developer, status, and budget overrun.
