Kickstart Working Data-Driven
We believe we can translate data into insights in the right way. These insights should lead to actions. Without linking an action to an insight, the insight has no value. All of this should lead to the higher goal: transformation. Ultimately, the new insights should lead us to approach things differently, to do things differently. That is, in essence, working data-driven as we achieve it together with our customers.
However, getting started with working (more) data-driven is difficult if you don't know where to begin. That's why we have bundled various services and workshops into a 'Kickstart Working Data-Driven'. With this we can find out where we can best support the business with insights. During the Kickstart we will also research the role of data in your revenue model. After the workshops and sessions, we get to work with the input to draw up a data analytics roadmap and issue a data strategy recommendation.

Costs:
Together these components cost €8000, but we make them available as the 'Kickstart Working Data-Driven' package for €6500, including preparation and follow-up.
