AI Agents
You see colleagues losing time every day to repetitive tasks: looking up information, answering questions that have already been asked before, or retyping information between systems. An AI agent takes that work off their hands. Instead of a separate piece of automation for each task, an AI agent works independently toward a goal, within the boundaries you set in advance.
Why an AI Agent?
An AI agent is a software solution that, using AI, often a Large Language Model (LLM), independently performs tasks to achieve a predetermined goal. Where traditional automation follows a fixed series of steps, an AI agent can reason about a task, retrieve information from multiple systems, and choose an action based on that.
An AI agent doesn't work on its own: it draws its information from your data and systems, think of your CRM, your data warehouse, or your document management, and performs actions within the boundaries you set. The more reliable and accessible that underlying data is, the more reliable the agent's answers and actions are. Examples include an assistant that answers employee questions based on your own documentation, an agent that checks invoices and prepares them for approval, or an agent that analyzes customer questions. Automatically reading documents, such as invoices, and directly processing that data into a database also falls under this; we previously built this for, among others, Connex, PWS, and Zorggroep Sint-Maarten.
Our approach
We don't start with the technology, but with the task you want to speed up or hand off.
- Together with you, we map out which tasks are suitable for an AI agent and which are better left as a fixed automation process, for example in our AI Use Case Workshop.
- We test whether your data and systems are ready to feed an agent with reliable information, if desired with our AI Readiness Scan.
- We design and build the AI agent, for example with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Power Automate, or Databricks, and connect it to the sources it needs, such as documents in SharePoint or data from your CRM.
- We set up boundaries and control points, so the agent stays within its mandate. Is the agent unsure about a task? Then it asks an employee for a check instead of guessing itself, also known as human-in-the-loop. This way, important decisions always rest with people.
- We actively transfer knowledge, so your team can manage, adjust, and expand the agent itself.
An AI agent stands or falls with the data foundation it runs on. If you don't yet have a central and reliable data foundation, we first investigate together how it's set up and what's still needed to get it in order. Only then do we further build out the agent.

FAQ
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is a software solution that, using AI, often a Large Language Model, independently performs tasks to achieve a predetermined goal.
What's the difference between an AI agent and traditional automation?
Traditional automation follows a fixed series of steps. An AI agent can reason about a task and determine for itself what information it needs and what action makes sense.
Does an AI agent make decisions without oversight?
No. We set up boundaries and control points, so important decisions remain with people.
