Our approach
You purchase the Claude licences and give us access to set up the environment. We then guide the process in clear steps, based on our own implementation:
- Map current AI use and use cases. We take stock of which AI tools employees already use and where Claude can add concrete value.
- Choose a platform and licence model. We help you decide which AI platform and licence type fit your needs and usage, for example Claude Team or Claude Enterprise.
- Draw up an AI policy and security guidelines. We identify the risks and set out which information can and cannot go into Claude, and who has access to what.
- Start with a pilot. A small group of employees uses Claude for familiar tasks. We evaluate the results and decide on the next step together.
- Set up Claude technically. We set up access management and test connectors with your existing systems before making them more widely available.
- Roll out and support employees. We make Claude available to more colleagues in phases, with training, practical examples and clear guidelines.
- Manage and develop further. We organize structural management and develop custom Claude skills, so the environment stays secure and up to date.

Case: rolling out Claude internally
At E-mergo, too, colleagues were experimenting with different AI tools, without shared agreements on security and use. So we implemented a central Claude environment ourselves, with an AI policy, access management through Microsoft Entra ID and custom skills for documents, sales and technical work, among other things.
We started with a small pilot and then rolled out Claude in phases. Today 40 colleagues have access and 100% of this group uses the platform every week. Our own skills save us many hours of repetitive work. Technical applications deliver results too: a migration from Looker to Qlik that would normally take days was completed in about two hours and fifteen minutes.
We now use the lessons from our own implementation to help other organizations use AI safely and effectively.

FAQ
Should I choose Claude Team or Claude Enterprise?
That depends on your needs and usage. We use Claude Team ourselves at E-mergo, and it appeals to many organizations because of its predictable pricing model. For other organizations, Claude Enterprise is a better fit. We help you make the right choice.
Is Claude safe for company and customer information?
With Claude's business plans, Anthropic does not use your conversations and files to train its models by default. You also set up access management yourself, for example through Microsoft Entra ID. Just as important is a clear AI policy, so employees know which information they can and cannot use in Claude. We help you with that.
Can we connect Claude to our existing systems?
Yes, Claude can work with other systems, such as Microsoft 365, through suitable connectors and integrations. Which connections are possible and responsible depends on your software, access rights and security requirements. We assess this upfront and test that users can only reach the information intended for them before connections are made more widely available.
