We took that step ourselves: in 2026 we introduced Claude at E-mergo, with an AI policy, a pilot and a rollout per group. Today 40 of our 80 colleagues have access, and all of them use it every week.

- Explore: we map which AI tools your employees use today and choose two or three use cases with clear value.
- Framework: we draw up an AI policy based on your existing document classification, so everyone knows which information can and cannot go into Claude.
